SPECIAL EVENTS : Postgraduates from Bulgaria get together

Under the patronage and on the premises of the Bulgarian Consulate in Dubai, BBC is organising a gathering for foreign nationals, who are Postgraduates from Bulgarian universities. The event  is planned  for the 24th of January, 2008.
